Location: Auchi Road, Ugbe Akoko – Ondo

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Start Date: Immediate

Job Summary

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, preparing reports, monitoring transactions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supportingmanagement with accurate financial information fordecision-making.

The ideal candidate must possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting documentation.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.

Monitor cash flow and prepare cash management reports.

Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions.

Prepare and file statutory deductions and tax-related obligations.

Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct periodic financial reviews and support internal control processes.

Assist with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

Prepare schedules and documentation for audits.

Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Support external auditors during annual audits.

Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Added Advantages

Previous auditing experience.

ICAN certification or ICAN in view.

Experience within a manufacturing, beverage, liquor, or FMCG environment.

Work Schedule

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Monday to Friday resume 7:30am close by 5:00pm

Saturday resume 7:30am close 3:00pm.

Salary

N200,000 / month.
