Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our design and construction team. 

The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures across various locations. 

You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structures or renovations.

Prepare drawings, blueprints, and architectural designs that align with client goals and local regulations.

Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create 2D and 3D design concepts.

Collaborate with civil, structural, and MEP engineers to ensure full system integration.

Estimate project costs and timelines, helping manage budgets and project deadlines.

Conduct site visits across different regions to ensure design compliance, safety, and quality standards.

Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction technologies.

Ensure full compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations in each project location.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Architecture or related fields.

Proven experience in architectural design and project supervision.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Salary

N400,000 Monthly.
