The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market reach, and driving revenue growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and ensure regional growth.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize strategies.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regional sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in a similar sales management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of the Adamawa market and its business landscape.
Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 (Net Monthly) (based on experience and qualifications)
