Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and market expansion for our Home Care product portfolio across Niger, Gwagwalada, and Garki.
The successful candidate will manage distributors, expand market coverage, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and product availability.
Lead, coach, and supervise field sales representatives to improve performance.
Ensure effective product visibility, merchandising, and promotional activities.
Conduct regular market visits to gather customer insights and monitor competitor activities.
Prepare and submit periodic sales and market performance reports.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company sales policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of  experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or area sales management role.
Experience in Home Care products is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Must be familiar with the North Central market and willing to travel frequently.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
