job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for our Abuja branch.

The ideal candidate will assist in evaluating financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities.

Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes.

Reconcile financial records and ensure data accuracy.

Assist in monitoring expenses and ensuring budget compliance.

Prepare financial models and presentations for management.

Collaborate with accounting and operations teams for data collection and validation.

Conduct market and industry research to support financial decisions.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

HND / BSc Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of financial modeling is an advantage).

Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.

Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Remuneration

Net Salary: N180,000 – N220,000 monthly (based on qualifications and experience).

Health Insurance: Provided.
