Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2C Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for HVAC tapes and other industrial adhesive products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the building materials, flexible packaging, BOPP tape, construction, or industrial tapes industries and a proven track record of generating revenue in business-to-consumer (B2C) channels.
This role is key in expanding our market presence, developing retail/distribution partnerships, and driving consumer demand across key territories.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2C sales strategies for HVAC and industrial tapes.
Identify new market opportunities, retail channels, and distribution partners.
Manage sales pipeline and conversion rates to achieve and exceed targets.
Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, distributors, and key B2C clients.
Monitor and support channel partner performance; provide sales training and promotional support.
Drive market penetration and brand visibility in the HVAC and construction sectors.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for campaign alignment and customer feedback.
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3 – 5 years of proven B2C sales experience in any of the following: HVAC, Building materials, Flexible packaging, BOPP/Industrial tapes, Construction.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple retail/distribution accounts across a defined region.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Salary
N450,000 – N600,000 / Month.
