Job Description

Proper dissemination of intensive practical-based training on specialized area to trainees within the institution.

Preparation and administering of periodical assessments on past trainings.

To Provide THE HUB with a weekly progress report on the training delivered to the trainees.

Be available for training on specified days (check the Job Schedule for prefered option)

Be available for periodic meetings with a notice of not more than 72hours prior to the commencement of same.

Job Schedule

Option A:

Mondays: 9am-1pm

Wednesdays: 2pm-5pm

Thursdays: 9am-1pm

Fridays: 1pm-4pm.

Option B:

Mondays: 2pm-6pm

Tuesdays: 3pm-6pm

Thursdays: 2pm-6pm

Fridays: 9am-12noon.

Requirements

Minimum of Degree in the relevant field.

At least 2 years of training learners or industry experience.

Must possess a certificate to show level of expertise

Strong practical knowledge in Baking, Pastries, Cakes, Snacks, and Confectioneries

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring young entrepreneurs.

Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Must be meticulous and result-oriented.

Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
