Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 (Net), allowance and bonuses for exceptional work.

 

The company is a fast-growing talent and events marketplace connecting entertainers with employers across Nigeria. They empower artists, entertainers, and event organizers by simplifying gig discovery, booking, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and build a robust pipeline of high-potential employers (e.g., event planners, venue managers, church administrators).

• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and effectively present our client’s value proposition.

• Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling (e.g., premium subscriptions, talent management system).

• Meticulously manage and track all prospects and client interactions through our client’s CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Move opportunities systematically through the sales funnel, from lead to active client.

• Translate insights into actionable strategies to penetrate new markets and verticals (e.g., targeting wedding planners in Lagos/Abuja).

• Represent our client at key industry events, networking mixers, and conferences to build brand awareness.

• Develop and execute localized marketing initiatives (online and offline) to generate leads within your territory.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in tech, entertainment, or event management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to pitch and close deals.

• Familiarity with entertainment industry dynamics in Nigeria (music, comedy, events, nightlife).

• Ability to organize and execute creative offline activations.

• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in overcoming challenges.
