ITEL is recruiting to fill the position below:

Locations: Ado-Ekiti – Ekiti, Ilorin – Kwara, & Ogbomosho – Oyo

Job Summary

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and distribution of Itel Home products within the assigned territory.
Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Ensure effective product visibility and availability across sales outlets.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Organize and support trade activations, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Prepare and submit periodic sales and market reports.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, Retail Sales, or Channel Management.
Experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Phones, Home Appliances, or related industries is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of the assigned market and territory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Must be resident in or willing to relocate to the assigned location.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly (Inclusive of KPI-Based Incentives).
