The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expand our client base -dentify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders Collaborate with the design and construction teams to deliver exceptional client experiences Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends Prepare and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and prospects Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the interior design and construction industry is a plus What We Offer Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 monthly Net; Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a talented and dynamic team Professional development and growth opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment.
