Job Brief

A purpose-driven NGO focused on delivering structured programs and strategic initiatives that empower underserved communities and youth is looking for a Business Development Manager to build strategic partnerships and expand impact across communities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a resource mobilisation strategy aligned with the NGO’s mission and strategic plan.
Identify and pursue grant opportunities (local, international, multilateral, foundations, CSR funds.
Build and maintain partnerships with Government agencies, Private sector
organisations, NGOS etc
Identify new programme areas aligned with organisational mandate.
Support communications efforts to enhance organisational visibility.
Ensure proposals meet donor compliance and eligibility criteria.
Explore non-grant income streams and develop sustainability strategies to reduce over-dependence on a single donor, etc.
Requirements

HND/B.Sc Business Administration or related fields.
3-5 years’ sales in business development, preferably in NGO/Foundation, human development and Tech sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead initiatives independently and work collaboratively.
Salary
N350,000 – N1,000,000 per month.
