Location: Mobil-Ring Road, Ibadan – Oyo

Job Description

We are looking for a Business development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, new client acquisition,build strategic partnership and overall sales performance within an assigned geographic region.

The role involves leading, coaching, and managing a team of Sales Executives (SEs) to achieve revenue targets while ensuring high productivity, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.

The BDM will also play a key role in recruitment, training, team expansion, lead generation, and strategic execution, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Identify, pursue and secure more business opportunities

Own and deliver regional AUM growth and revenue target.

Lead, develop, and optimize a high-performing team of Sales Executives

Provide management with insight and recommendation to improve competitiveness

Drive new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and key growth initiatives

Oversee talent planning, recruitment, and capability development within the region.

Requirements

B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business development leadership, preferably within Asset Management sector

Strong leadership, people management, and coaching capabilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, CRM systems and sales performance reporting.
