Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team.
The successful candidate will work directly with the Managing Director to drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and identify new opportunities within the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and tender support documentation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Support contract negotiations and follow up on business leads.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking engagements.
Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement business growth strategies.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client engagements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development within the oil and gas industry.
Previous experience in an EPC company will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong proposal writing and business development capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
