Job Summary
Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage new agents, sub-agents, and payout partners including banks, fintech, and mobile money operators.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends.
Promote and cross-sell group financial products such as loans, investments, insurance, and savings products.
Support agent onboarding, training, and engagement in collaboration with compliance, operations, and customer support teams.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and maintain accurate documentation of contracts and SLAs.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry (banking, FX, or fintech).
Proven ability to meet revenue targets and drive client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
Salary
NGN347,000 – NGN455,000 / Month.
