Job Summary

The Business Manager will be responsible for executing the company’s business strategy, overseeing daily operations, and driving revenue growth.
The role spans across media publishing, broadcasting, consultancy, and planned healthcare communication projects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of business strategies to achieve company objectives.
Oversee daily operations across publishing, broadcasting, and consultancy services.
Drive revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
Manage corporate and individual client relationships, particularly within the media and healthcare communication sectors.
Supervise permanent and project staff and set performance targets, and ensure accountability.
Provide regular business and performance reports to the CEO.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.
Spearhead imple of future product lines including book writing, healthcare-focused training, and brand consultancy/events.
Requirements & Qualifications

BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in business management, sales, and marketing.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in media sales, publishing, broadcasting, or healthcare communication.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on leader who is proactive and results-driven (not an armchair manager).
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into actionable business plans.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / month
