Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Manager to oversee the administrative, operational, and business development activities of a plastic recycling company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily business operations, improving efficiency, managing resources, and supporting the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day business operations of the recycling company to ensure smooth and efficient activities.

Support the Managing Director in implementing business strategies and operational plans.

Coordinate administrative, financial, and operational activities within the organization.

Monitor production and operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and business partners.

Identify new business opportunities and support initiatives that drive revenue growth.

Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.

Manage staff activities and support team coordination across departments.

Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with 4–6 years experience in business management, operations, or a similar role.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial operations is an added advantage.

Salary

N300,000 / Month.
