We are scaling aggressively and need a hands-on CMO who can turn marketing into predictable revenue, lead digital campaigns, and drive strategic partnerships that grow our brand and bottom line.

Your Mission:

Lead customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth across all channels.

Drive strategic partnerships,trade show organizers, affiliate networks, and distribution partners that directly impact customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Own & Optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS—No Excuses

Develop & Execute Full-Funnel Marketing Strategies (Awareness → Conversion → Retention)

Lead Paid Advertising Campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) to Drive Customer Acquisition

Implement Customer Retention Systems (Email, SMS, Loyalty Programs)

Lead Strategic Partnerships to Drive Revenue Growth

Who You Are

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree 

8+ Years of Senior Marketing Leadership (CMO / VP / Head of Growth)

Proven Track Record in Scaling eCommerce/D2C Brands

Expert in Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok)

Experience Driving Strategic Partnerships That Lead to Sales

Deep Understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, Retention

Builder of Teams, Systems, and Processes

Lagos-Based or Available to Be Onsite 2-3x Weekly

Disciplined, Data-Driven, Results-Focused

Able to Lead & Hold Teams Accountable to Clear KPIs

Experience with StrategicPartnerships, Trade Show Planning & Affiliate Programs (a bonus).

Project Management: Zoho Projects / Slack

CRM & Affiliate Management Platforms (Optional, Depending on Partnerships).
