Summary

Our client seeks a detail-oriented Project Engineer to provide technical leadership for high-value construction projects.
You’ll bridge design and execution, ensuring projects meet strict quality, safety, and timeline targets through meticulous planning and on-site problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:

Translate designs/drawings into actionable construction plans, resolving ambiguities pre-execution.
Conduct daily site inspections, ensuring 100% compliance with industry standards.
Operational Excellence:

Optimize resource allocation (materials, labor, equipment), reducing waste to the barest minimum
Develop risk registers with mitigation strategies for high-impact issues (e.g., soil instability, supply delays).
Quality & Compliance:

Implement QA/QC checklists, rejecting non-compliant workmanship/materials.
Ensure adherence to local building codes and environmental regulations.
Stakeholder Coordination:

Lead weekly progress meetings with architects, contractors, and QS teams.
Deliver daily reports to the Project Manager and Management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
3+ years experience in construction project engineering (residential/commercial/industrial).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and structural analysis tools.
Certifications: NSE, COREN, PMP (or in progress).
Nice-to-Have:

Experience with prefabrication/modular construction.
Knowledge of BIM modeling.
