Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring excellent service delivery.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, supporting business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and service issues.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, client activities, and relationship management performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support business development initiatives and client engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Requirements

HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2 – 3 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.

Preferred Skills:

Sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 per month.
