Location: Muritala Muhammed Airport, Ikeja – Lagos

Description

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our showroom team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, presenting and demonstrating products, and ensuring customers have an excellent shopping experience that leads to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner

Present, explain, and demonstrate products available in the showroom

Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences

Ensure all products are properly arranged, clean, and well-displayed at all times

Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability details

Support daily sales activities and work towards achieving sales targets

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance

Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Assist in promoting ongoing offers, discounts, and marketing campaigns

Work with other team members to ensure smooth showroom operations

Requirements

Minimum of OND qualification (or equivalent)

Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an added advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in engaging and convincing customers

Basic sales and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/showroom environment

Must reside in Lagos and be able to commute to Ikeja.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Saturday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Two Shifts.

Salary

N120,000 – N140,000 monthly.
