Job Responsibilities
Load raw materials (wood, plywood, MDF, etc.) into CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment.
Input program codes for cutting, drilling, engraving, and other machining operations.
Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Adjust machine settings to meet design specifications and dimensional requirements.
Report equipment faults and breakdowns to the maintenance team.
Use measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges to verify product accuracy.
Make machine adjustments where necessary to maintain quality standards.
Ensure machines and tools are properly calibrated and maintained.
Report material shortages to the appropriate personnel.
Communicate machine performance issues and production updates effectively.
Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC programming.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
