This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly in the Lagos corporate and lifestyle space. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure corporate partnerships, sponsors, and collaborative opportunities Develop and manage B2B sales and partnership strategy Lead negotiations, structure proposals, and manage agreement execution Collaborate with internal teams for campaign delivery and event activation Monitor partnership KPIs and report on outcomes Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3 – 5 years of experience in corporate sales, partnerships, or business development Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment industry preferred.
