Location: Victoria Island – Lagos Job Summary As the Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to users, resolving customer inquiries, facilitating seamless onboarding, and ensuring a positive customer experience across the company’s digital financial products. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests across phone, email, chat, and social media channels Guide users through onboarding, account setup, transactions, and platform-related issues Investigate and resolve customer concerns while escalating complex issues to relevant teams when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve products and services Educate customers on platform features, payment processes, and digital financial solutions to enhance user experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field 2–4 years experience in customer support, customer success, relationship management, or a similar role within fintech, banking, payments, crypto, or financial services Strong understanding of digital payments, fintech products, and customer service best practices Good knowledge of stablecoin dynamics, blockchain addresses, wallet networks, and digital asset transactions Must have hands-on experience transacting with stablecoins and supporting customers on transaction-related issues.
