Location: Yaba, Lagos Description We are seeking a proactive Customer Support & Sales Development Executive to manage inbound leads, engage customers, and drive sales conversion for our energy products. The role involves handling calls and emails, qualifying leads within the sales funnel, conducting field visits and product demonstrations, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries Qualify and manage leads (cold, warm, hot) within the sales funnel Convert leads into paying customers through effective engagement Conduct field visits, product demos, and presentations Prospect and onboard new customers within assigned areas Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversions Requirements OND / HND / BSc in a relevant field 2–4 years experience in sales (energy, telecoms, or related sectors) Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills Proven track record in target-driven roles Must reside in or around Yaba axis.
