Role Overview

The Data / Business Intelligence Analyst & Agricultural Planner will play a critical role in developing dashboards, driving analytics, and supporting agricultural planning and forecasting across the group.
This role combines data analytics, statistical modelling, and agricultural operations planning, supporting decision-making at both operational and strategic levels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage agricultural dashboards and reporting systems (daily, weekly, monthly)
Consolidate and analyze performance KPIs across multiple subsidiaries
Conduct statistical modelling, forecasting, and trend analysis (yield, crop performance, inputs, etc.)
Support master agricultural planning and operations scheduling
Provide insights to support business decisions and operational efficiency
Build and maintain data pipelines and ensure data integrity and governance
Support planning of inputs (fertilizer, agrochemicals, labour, etc.)
Collaborate with field teams, GIS, R&D, and IT teams

Requirements

Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Agricultural Engineering, Agro-Economy, or related field
Experience in the Agric Field and FMCG is a plus.
Strong experience in data analytics, dashboarding, and reporting
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Good knowledge of SQL, databases, and data management
Experience with Python or R is an added advantage
Understanding of agricultural operations (oil palm, crops, plantation systems) is a huge plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Benefits

Salary: N800,000 monthly.
