Job Description

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Deposit Mobilization Managers to lead their deposit mobilization efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow their deposit base, manage a team of deposit mobilization officers, and meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement deposit mobilization strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage and supervise a team of deposit mobilization officers.
Set and achieve deposit growth targets and monitor performance metrics.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform deposit mobilization strategies.
Provide training and coaching to deposit mobilization officers to enhance performance.
Monitor and control deposit mobilization costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements

Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field. Certification in Treasury Management (ACTM, CFA, CIBN) will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years in treasury management, asset and liability management, or financial planning.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding deposit growth targets.
Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with microfinance banking products and services.
Our Offering

Salary: N250,000 – N350,000 / Month.
