Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be the architect of our online presence, responsible for driving brand awareness, traffic, and conversions across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Design, execute, and monitor integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media.

Content Strategy: Create engaging copy and oversee the production of visual assets for various platforms.

Data Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs, provide insights, and optimize ROI.

Paid Media: Manage and optimize budgets for PPC (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

SEO/SEM: Perform keyword research and on-page/off-peak optimization to improve organic rankings.

Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).

Certifications: Google Ads or HubSpot certifications are highly preferred.

Other Requirements:

Must stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Occasional availability for weekend campaign launches or event coverage.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush or Ahrefs).

Analytical: Strong ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategies.

Creative: Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for high-performing visual content.

Soft Skills: Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong project management capabilities.

Remuneration & Benefits

Salary: Competitive monthly salary based on experience (typically N780,000 – N1,200,000).
