Job Description

A Digital Marketing Executive at CubeNox is responsible for promoting the company’s IT support services online, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through digital channels.
The role involves creating, managing, and optimizing online campaigns to reach small and medium-sized businesses and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines
Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) to promote IT services
Manage company social media accounts and respond to inquiries
Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads)
Optimize website content using SEO strategies to improve visibility
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
Generate leads and support the sales team with marketing strategies
Maintain and update the company website and blog
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
Strong communication and creative skills
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is an added advantage
Good time management and organizational skills

Work Environment:

Office-based, remote, or hybrid
Works closely with IT, sales, and customer support teams
Fast-paced and target-driven environment
