Job Responsibilities Assume full P&L responsibility for the day-to-day running of the diagnostic center. Develop and execute a clear strategic growth path, setting short- and long-term objectives. Provide firm, decisive leadership to all departments, bringing stability and direction. Oversee inventory management, supply chain, and facility operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Act as the “strong hand” to consciously rebuild and improve company culture, fostering accountability, excellence, and teamwork. Leverage a strong marketing background to develop and implement campaigns that drive patient volume and enhance brand visibility. Execute aggressive business development strategies, capitalizing on existing industry relationships to forge new partnerships and referral channels. Recruit, coordinate, and manage relationships with expert consultants and doctors from the Mainland to facilitate patient consultations on the Island. Proactively headhunt key medical, technical, and commercial talent from competing diagnostic centers. Provide high-ended supervision and guidance to the HR department to ensure compliance with all staff and ensure that there’s no favoritism amongst staff that can impede the growth of the company and workflow process. Address staff retention crises, stabilize the team, and manage a multi-million Naira payroll effectively. Work hand-in-hand with HMO officers to ensure productiveness and partnerships with HMOs to increase potential leads. Champion the upcoming customer service and branding training (scheduled for February) to ensure full participation and implementation. Resolve all pending regulatory and operational license setbacks as the top priority. Oversee and expedite all HMO administration and registration processes to secure and expand revenue streams.
