Job Summary

 

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to produce accurate technical drawings and construction documents based on specifications from engineers and architects.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and support project execution through high-quality drafting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, sections, and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).

Interpret design specifications, sketches, and technical documents.

Ensure drawings comply with industry and company drafting standards.

Add dimensions, annotations, materials, and technical details to drawings.

Update and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.

Manage drawing files, version control, and documentation.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams.

Provide technical drafting support during construction.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Minimum 3 years experience as a Draftsman in the construction industry.

Proficiency in CAD software and drafting standards.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions:

Office-based with occasional site visits.

Full-time role; extended hours may be required.

Salary

N300,000 / month
