Job Overview
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless administrative operations within our dynamic consulting environment.
Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, memos, and meeting minutes via Gmail and Google Docs and Google Meet.
Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders when required.
Prepare presentations and reports using Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Maintain organized digital filing systems using Google Drive, ensuring easy access to contracts, proposals, legal documents, and other high-level correspondence.
Act as a liaison between the CEO, clients, executives, and internal teams to support seamless communication and execution of tasks.
Assist with the preparation, review, and filing of basic financial documents, tax forms, and invoices as directed by the CEO.
Track deadlines for financial reporting, tax submissions, and statutory payments, ensuring timely reminders and document readiness as directed by the CEO.
Support the CEO in budgeting, financial forecasting, and monitoring project financials by updating and maintaining financial spreadsheets.
Requirements
2 – 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
A solid understanding of financial and tax terminology is required. Prior experience in finance and tax environments will be considered an added advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
