Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced learning professional to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our executive education and corporate training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all training programmes achieve high participant engagement.

Design executive education and professional development programmes.

Coordinate facilitators, faculty members and training resources.

Conduct learning needs assessments.

Ensure quality assurance across all training programmes.

Develop learning materials and course content.

Evaluate programme effectiveness and learning outcomes.

Expand the organization’s executive education portfolio.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Experience in corporate training, executive education or learning and development.

Excellent facilitation, programme coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Salary

N300,000 – N400,000 per month.
