Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and performance management systems
Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company regulations
Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives
Support leadership with workforce planning and succession strategies.
Qualifications
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an added advantage.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices
Experience building HR systems and performance structures
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Must reside within or close to Ikota/Lekki axis.
