Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities, Assets & HSE Manager to oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of its facilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems are functioning optimally, while maintaining a safe and conducive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and management of the facility.

Handle basic electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.

Carry out plumbing maintenance, including fixing leaks, pipe systems, and water supply issues.

Monitor and maintain facility equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.

Coordinate with external vendors and technicians when necessary.

Conduct routine inspections to identify faults and ensure prompt resolution.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and report regularly to management.

Support general administrative and operational facility needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates should possess a OND or HND in a relevant field with 1–3 years’ experience in facility management or a related role.

Strong electrical and plumbing skills are mandatory.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: N300,000 – N450,000 / Month

Competitive and based on experience and skill set.
