Responsibilities

Supervise daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow
Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and profitability
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities
Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports
Lead and motivate team members to achieve set business goals
Ensure proper record keeping and reporting using Microsoft Excel
Requirements

B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Previous experience in managing operations within the FMCG or water production sector is an advantage
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Business Analysis
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Must be female and reside within or around Surulere, Lagos.
Salary
N180,000 – N250,000 / month.
