Job Brief

We are seeking a talented female Marketing Executive to lead marketing projects that drive our company’s success.

You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events tailored to trends and customer preferences, with a strong focus on the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.

Organize and oversee advertising / communication campaigns.

Promote brand awareness and analyze competitor activities.

Conduct surveys to assess customer needs and loyalty.

Monitor campaign progress using metrics and prepare performance reports.

Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.

Negotiate effectively with vendors, partners, and stakeholders for optimal marketing outcomes.

Requirements & Skills

BSc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role.

Must be female.

Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.

Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.

Strong negotiation skills.

Deep understanding of the beauty industry, trends, and customer behavior.

Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Creativity and commercial awareness.

Basic knowledge of makeup is required.

Salary

₦200,000 / Month with performance-based commissions.
