Summary

We are seeking motivated and result-driven individuals to join their team as Field Sales Representatives.

Job Responsibilities

Drive sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Identify and develop new customer relationships.
Visit existing and prospective customers regularly.
Promote and create awareness for the company’s products.
Take orders and follow up on customer needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare regular sales/activity reports.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other customers.

Requirements

Minimum of an SSCE / OND; additional qualifications are an advantage.
Previous experience in FMCG sales, field sales, retail, or distribution is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and cover assigned territories.
Must be resident in or familiar with the assigned location.

Salary
N100,000 monthly including commission, with earning potential based on sales performance.
