Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Job Summary

The Finance & Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

This role combines strategic financial management with operational execution, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, process improvement, and business scalability.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and capable of supporting leadership with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

Oversee book-keeping, payroll, expense tracking and reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Monitor costs, margins and profitability, recommending improvement strategies.

Support pricing decisions and financial planning.

Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Design, document, and improve operational processes and workflows.

Manage procurement, inventory and vendor relationships.

Coordinate cross-functional activities between finance, sales, logistics, and administration.

Ensure compliance with Nigerian statutory requirements (PAYE, VAT, WHT, Pension).

Communicate financial information clearly to non-finance teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree/ HND in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.

Professional certification (ICAN) is an added advantage.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in finance and/or operations management.

Experience in retail, fashion, logistics or e-commerce is a plus.

Requirements:

Strong financial management and accounting skills.

Solid understanding of operations management and process improvement.

High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.

Preferably a male for gender balance.

Salary

N300,000 – N350,000 monthly.
