Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX & Product Designer who can design clean, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences across web, mobile, and SaaS platforms.

This role goes beyond visuals — you will be responsible for how users interact with our products, ensuring clarity, usability, and engagement.

You will work closely with developers to bring ideas to life and improve existing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design user interfaces for web, mobile, and SaaS platforms

Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes

Improve existing products (CRM systems, dashboards, websites)

Ensure consistency across design systems and components

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation

Conduct usability improvements based on product needs

Translate business goals into user-centered design solutions

Optimize interfaces for conversion and engagement

Requirements

BSc / HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

2 – 5 years proven experience

Strong portfolio of live projects (VERY IMPORTANT)

Key Skills & Traits:

Strong attention to detail

Product-thinking mindset (not just visuals)

Ability to simplify complex ideas

Problem-solving approach to design

Ability to take ownership of product experience

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in Figma (MUST HAVE)

Strong understanding of design systems and component structures

Experience designing dashboards, SaaS products, or web platforms

Good understanding of responsive design (mobile-first thinking)

Ability to communicate ideas clearly to developers

Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development

Experience working with WordPress (Elementor, custom themes/plugins)

Experience with UI/UX tools (Adobe XD, etc.)

Nice to Have (Strong Advantage):

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (to collaborate better with devs)

Experience working with product teams or startups

Understanding of conversion-driven design

Experience with data-heavy interfaces (tables, analytics dashboards).

Salary

₦150,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly (based on experience and performance).
