Role Summary

Alpha Global is hiring a skilled Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and scale robust web applications for international clients.
You’ll be responsible for both frontend and backend development, collaborating with UI/UX designers and product teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
Ideal for professionals with 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, CI/CD, and remote team delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Mid-Level Full Stack Developer:

Develop full-stack applications using React, Node.js, Django, or Java-based stacks
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend microservices
Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, functional frontend code
Integrate APIs, data stores, and third-party services
Optimize applications for performance and scalability
Troubleshoot bugs and resolve production issues
Maintain clean documentation and participate in code reviews
Automate testing and deployments using CI/CD pipelines
Senior Full Stack Developer:

Architect scalable full-stack systems and cloud-native applications
Lead technical decision-making and coding standards across the stack
Mentor junior developers and promote full-stack best practices
Integrate DevOps tools, containers, and automated deployment pipelines
Guide backend design with Redis, GraphQL, and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Champion secure coding, modularity, and testing automation
Own delivery timelines and cross-functional coordination
Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development
Strong portfolio of deployed full-stack applications
Certifications (Preferred):

AWS Certified Developer – Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE
Technical Skills:

Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Backend: Node.js (Express), Django, Spring Boot, Java, Python
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
Others: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Redis, Nginx
Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with microservices and serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda)
Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ
Exposure to test automation frameworks
Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and debugging skills
Excellent communication across distributed teams
Proactive and self-driven mindset
Adaptability to evolving tech stacks.
