Job Summary

This is a highly demanding, performance-driven role for a seasoned professional with a demonstrated history of managing complex operations and leading high-performing teams. The General Manager will be responsible for the full oversight of our real estate operations, Sales, ensuring all business objectives are met with meticulous precision and efficiency.
​This position requires a person with years of success in Sales, a strategic thinker who can not only manage daily operations but also identify opportunities for growth, mitigate risk, and maintain our rigorous standards of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where accountability and results are paramount.
​Key Responsibilities

​Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and enhance profitability.
​Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of property management, sales, and administrative functions to ensure seamless operations.
​Financial Management: Manage comprehensive budgets, financial forecasts, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and strong performance.
​Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals to achieve and exceed their targets.
​Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all business activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards, with a focus on mitigating operational and financial risk.
​Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key partners.
​Requirements

​This is a highly selective role. To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a General Manager, Director of Operations, or similar senior leadership role within the real estate, banking, or insurance sectors.
​The following qualifications are non-negotiable:
​Proven track record of success in a senior management capacity within one of the specified industries.
​Exceptional financial acumen and a deep understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
​Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, multidisciplinary teams effectively.
​Outstanding communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
​A strong, process-oriented mindset with an acute attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to achieving set objectives.
