About the Role
This role is central to ensuring all utility and ambience equipment are functional, well-maintained, and optimized to create an exceptional guest experience.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-oriented, observant, and passionate about hospitality, maintenance, and sales support. You’ll be responsible for monitoring facility utilities, escalating technical or service issues promptly, promoting facility features (like our entertainment and sports equipment), and ensuring the environment is always guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Utility Management:
Coordinate and supervise all routine maintenance activities and emergency repairs.
Work closely with vendors, electricians, and technicians to guarantee quick turnaround on utility issues.
Keep accurate logs of equipment usage, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
Ambience & Environment Oversight:
Raise immediate flags if anything compromises customer experience, cleanliness, or functionality.
Maintain aesthetic appeal and atmosphere of all service areas (restaurant, lounge, sports zones, etc.).
Sales Activation & Guest Engagement:
Collaborate with the customer service and marketing teams to introduce small events, games, or “fun moments” to drive foot traffic and sales.
Think creatively about how to maximize guest satisfaction and facility utilization.
Operations & Standardization:
Help enforce SOPs across departments and suggest operational improvements.
Provide regular feedback to management on potential gaps or improvements in service delivery.
Proactivity & Escalation:
Escalate potential risks, hazards, or customer complaints promptly and appropriately.
Step in to assist departments in high-volume moments or emergencies.
