Job Summary

The Graduate Trainee – Quality Control will support the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that all products meet Nenu’s quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training in inspection techniques, quality management systems, production processes, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

Assist in inspecting raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.

Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using standard measuring tools.

Identify defects and report non-conforming products.

Maintain accurate quality inspection records and reports.

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

Ensure compliance with quality procedures and work instructions.

Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Participate in factory audits and process inspections.

Promote good housekeeping and workplace safety practices.

What We’re Looking For

B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.

Must have completed NYSC.

0–2 years of relevant work experience.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Good communication and report-writing skills.

Basic knowledge of quality control principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Strong integrity, discipline, and willingness to grow.
