Responsibilties

Develop and implement long-term brand strategy aligned with corporate vision.

Define brand identity, positioning, messaging, and value proposition.

Ensure consistency of brand communication across all platforms and projects.

Monitor brand perception and manage brand equity.

Develop annual marketing plans and budgets.

Design integrated marketing campaigns.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Identify new market opportunities and growth segments.

Oversee digital marketing channels (website, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).

Manage online lead generation strategies and performance marketing campaigns.

Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.

Track and analyze campaign ROI and performance metrics.

Lead the development of advertising creatives and campaign concepts.

Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners.

Ensure timely launch and execution of campaigns.

Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Align marketing efforts with sales objectives and revenue targets.

Support sales teams with marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and project branding.

Work closely with project development and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Build, mentor, and lead the marketing team.

Define KPIs and performance objectives for team members.

Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers.

Foster innovation and creativity within the department.

Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 10 years experience.

Salary

N550,000 – N650,000 monthly.
