Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement Oversee payroll accuracy and HR policy updates Drive staff training and development initiatives Provide legal advisory and manage contracts, leases, and agreements Oversee litigation and ensure regulatory compliance Maintain statutory records (CAC, MEMART, shareholders register) Coordinate Board and AGM meetings Ensure proper custody of legal and corporate documents Requirements LLB + Call to Bar (mandatory); MBA is an added advantage with 5–8 years’ post-qualification experience Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role with HCM exposure Strong knowledge of legal, HR, and corporate governance practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
