Description

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) 
Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and enhance brand loyalty. This includes creating a vision for the department and aligning it with overall company goals.
Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for both sales and marketing activities. Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns and sales processes.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate both the sales and marketing teams. This involves setting goals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and develop competitive pricing and product strategies.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Brand Management: Act as a brand ambassador and oversee all public relations and communication efforts to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Sales and Promotion: Oversee the development and execution of innovative sales and marketing campaigns, including promotional activities and customer experience initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (such as Marketing or Business Administration) is typically preferred, and significant professional experience is required.
A proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing plans.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A deep understanding of the industry and market trends.
Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
Strong project management skills, with an eye for detail.
Salary
N200,000 – N350,000 monthly.
