Role Overview

Lead and oversee all downstream operations (Fuel, CNG, LPG) to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable performance.

Drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, asset optimization, and customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of fuel, CNG, and LPG stations.

Ensure safe dispensing, storage, and distribution of products.

Monitor station performance, sales, uptime, and customer service.

Develop and enforce SOPs, HSSE standards, and compliance with regulations.

Handle product forecasting, inventory, stock management, and prevent losses.

Manage budgets, track OPEX, profitability, and approve reconciliations.

Lead and develop station managers and operational teams.

Oversee maintenance, technical upgrades, and new station commissioning.

Conduct market intelligence and support expansion plans.

Liaise with regulators, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, or related); Master’s preferred.

2–4 years in upstream oil & gas, with at least 5 years in managerial roles.

Professional certifications (COREN, PMP, NSE, SPE) are advantageous.

Strong knowledge of NUPRC/DPR regulations.

Experience in project management, maintenance, equipment servicing, and field development projects.

Salary

N250,000 – N300,000 per month.
