Job Summary

The Head of Treasury Management will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s deposit mobilization and overall funds management.
This role involves developing and executing strategies to attract and retain depositors, ensuring optimal liquidity, and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and other key stakeholders to ensure the financial stability and growth of the bank.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective deposit mobilization strategies.
Drive customer acquisition efforts focused on savings and investment products.
Maintain and grow a network of high-value deposit clients, including individuals, corporates, and institutions.
Monitor daily cash and liquidity positions to ensure optimal utilization of funds.
Manage the bank’s investment portfolio within regulatory and risk guidelines.
Requirements

B.Sc or HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a microfinance or commercial banking environment is required.
Possession of postgraduate degrees (e.g., MBA) or professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIBN) will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, banking regulations, and treasury operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Salary
N400,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
