Job Summary

They are seeking an experienced and proactive Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the hotel and ensure efficient service delivery.

Coordinate and monitor the activities of front desk, housekeeping, and other operational staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints or concerns.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout the hotel.

Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.

Train and mentor team members to uphold company standards.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of operational supplies.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety regulations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.

HND / B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is an added advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Must reside in Lekki or nearby areas.

Salary

N150,000 Monthly
