Description

Key Responsibilities

Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.

Collaborate with the Group Head of HR to manage the implementation of the performance management system, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.

Work with department heads to set performance targets and ensure that performance reviews are conducted consistently.

Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.

Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, employee engagement and Learning & Development.

Manage compensation and benefit processes, including payroll processing, tax compliance, pensions, leave management, payslips, and ID card processing.

Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.

Manage vendor relationships, including contracts and procurement.

Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures.

Manage the administration budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Implement people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.

Participate in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new in-house staff.

Work towards bridging cultural gaps between in-house and outsourced teams, promoting a cohesive and collaborative work atmosphere.

Assist in implementing training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and cultural awareness of the workforce.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field

5-7years of experience in HR.

Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations

Professional Certification in HR

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks

Salary

N450,000 – N550,000 per month.
